This can add up to five days onto the shipping date. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us an e-mail if you have questions about when your order will be shipped. Shipping Shipping costs and delivery times will vary with size, design availability and final destination of the order. Items will be shipped as soon as possible. We use USPS for orders within the United States. We do ship world wide. Be aware that all custom charges or government fees are the customers responsibility and are not reflected in your final price from Tattered Star Apparel. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your order during shipping. We do not provide tracking numbers for any orders below $100.00, however, we do use delivery confirmation. Returns We have a 30 day return/exchange policy. NOTE: The items must be in “NEW” condition. This means UNWORN and UNWASHED with no modifications, missing tags, or any damage. We cannot refund shipping or handling for returns. Cancel an Order If you would like to cancel an order before it is shipped, please e-mail us right away at orders@tatteredstar.com. If your item has not been shipped, we will gladly refund your money including shipping and handling. If your order did ship, please return it to us in “NEW” condition within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling. We want to hear from you.
